Please remeber when deciding which PSV course would suit you best, that if you try to select a shorter PCV cousre to try to save yourself money, you may not pass your PCV test first time, and may end up spending more money on re-tests than if you selected the most appropriate course in the first place.

PCV Minibus Training (Category D1)
The PCV Category D1 Minibus licence is aimed at those people who would like to get their D1 Minibus licence so that they can earn money from hire & reward as a minibus driver. Once you pass your PCV D1 Minibus test, you will then be awarded Category D1 onto your driving licence which will allow you to drive any minibus with up to 17 seats for hire & reward.
PCV Minibus + Trailer Training (Category D1+E)
The PCV Category D1+E Minibus licence is aimed at those people who already have their D1 Minibus, but would like to be able to tow a trailer with their minibus. The ability to be able to tow a trailer with your minibus is particulary useful, as if your minibus is full with passengers, their is invariably room for luggae, making a trailer an ideal solution to this problem. Once you pass your PCV D1+E Minibus test, you will then be awarded Category D1+E onto your driving licence which will allow you to drive any minibus with up to 17 seats for hire & reward with a trailer above 750kg.
PCV Bus Training (Category D - Bus/Coach Licence)
The PCV Category D Bus Licence can be taken on an Automatic bus or coach. Once you pass your PCV Bus Test, you will then be awarded Category D onto your driving licence, which will allow you to drive any PCV vehicle. The PCV Category D Bus training course is ideal for those people seeking employment as a bus driver.
How do I book my PCV Training Course?
Since all of our PCV courses are bespoke to each individual, the only way you can book a session is to call our offices on 020 8597 7333 or 0800 848 8418 where our office staff will discuss your personal requirements and discuss availability to help you find a suitable time and date to suit you.
Please note, to book your PCV training course you will first need to satisfy some basic requirements:
- Have passed your LVG/PCV medical examination, which must be current and valid.
- Have a full car driving licence which is valid with the correct provisional entitlements for your selected course category, and no bans, restrictions or disqualifications which will legally prevent you from attending your course.
- Have passed your PCV theory test (unless attending an assessment/refresher lesson or you were not required by the DVSA to take a theory test).
- You must bring your original full UK/EU photocard driving licence. If your photocard licence has expired, then please bring an original, current and valid UK passport as well as your original expired photocard driving licence. If you have the old style paper driving licence, an original, current and valid UK passport is also required. If you have an EU licence, then you will need to bring your original EU photocard driving licence with supporting D91 Form.
- You must have read the Highway Code, and demonstrate a good knowledge of this and all other UK road traffic procedures at all times.
- Be able to competently drive a manual car (unless you have booked an automatic course). Our course's are not aimed at teaching you simple basics of how to drive a manual vehicle (such as clutch control), and if you are unable to competently drive a manual car, you will not be allowed to participate in the course, and any fees paid will be forfeited.

Booking a Course if you have an EU Licence
If you have an EU licence, you must obtain a D91 Form from the DVLA.
To get the D91 Form, you will need to complete a D9 Application Form. Once you complete the D9 Application, the DVLA will then send you a D91 Form in the post, and allocate you UK driving licence number.
Once you have the D91 Form and a UK driving licence number, you can then book onto a course with us as well as being able to book any other driving courses/tests/assessments in the UK.
Please note, you will need to bring the D91 Form form with you to your course, so please make sure you do pyhsically have this in your possession before making your booking.
